Washington on the Move: The Architecture of Transportation in the Capital Region

 It is being held Saturday, March 7, at the University of Maryland, College Park with a tour of areas sites the following day. 

This symposium will look at: some of the engineering and architecture that facilitated the movement of goods and people, development that was influenced by a relationship to transportation, and the effect of government policies on transportation related projects.
