Volunteer sign-up is now open for SAH's 2016 Annual International Conference. Every year, we have a number of dedicated and enthusiastic local volunteers who assist us in welcoming the 500+ conference participants. We have numerous opportunities for volunteering at the conference: assembling registration materials, manning the registration desk, assisting with one of 42 paper sessions, tour check-in, mid-day roundtables and our Saturday morning Los Angeles Seminar. We have commitments from 2.25 to 7.75 hours. If you are free on Saturday or Sunday, you might consider assisting with one of the bus tours—and you get to accompany the tour!

Already registered for the conference or plan on attending? Volunteers who complete 6+ hours of volunteering are eligible to receive a 50% refund of their conference registration fee! SAH will complete these reimbursements to those who complete 6+ hours of volunteering shortly after the conference.
Have limited time and don’t expect to attend the entire conference? Just sign-up for the opportunities you would like. We welcome all participation at any level, no matter your time commitment.
