Landscape History Chapter
Have you read or authored a peer-review journal article published during the past three years that you think has made an important contribution to landscape architectural history? Please consider submitting it for the biannual Landscape History Chapter Essay Prize. New England Chapter
The New England Chapter, Society of Architectural Historians invites applications for the chapter's John Coolidge Research Fellowship and the Robert Rettig Student Annual Meeting Fellowship. Application materials are due December 20, 2019.
The John Coolidge Research Fellowship assists graduate students at a New England college or university working on topics in architectural history, the built environment, or a related field through an award of $500 to $1,000 to support their research. Application instructions can be found here.
The Robert Rettig Student Annual Meeting Fellowship helps graduate students or emerging professionals attend the 73rd annual meeting of the Society of Architectural Historians in Seattle (April 29 - May 3, 2020). Eligibility is limited to graduate students in architectural history or a related field at a New England college or university, or recent graduates who are now living in New England. Applicants who are not currently enrolled students must have completed a relevant graduate degree within the last five years. The Rettig Fellowship includes support of $400, plus a registration fee waiver. Application instructions can be found here.
