The Society for Architectural Historians is the newest scholarly society to join Humanities Commons, the online network for people working in the humanities that was developed by the Modern Language Association. SAH members can now take part at SAH Commons, the site that is being customized by SAH with MLA for people whose work focuses on the history of the built environment.
If you are a current SAH member, your name will appear in the directory of SAH Commons members the next time you log in to Humanities Commons. You'll have access to join, create a profile, and form groups for SAH members on SAH Commons. You can also explore the collections of open access materials shared on the SAH Commons CORE page and create a customized WordPress website to feature your work. The SAH Commons page is still under construction. We welcome your suggestions and feedback on how to develop the site to best suit the needs of SAH's diverse membership.
Please note: If you already have a Humanities Commons account, the process for joining is different. Please do not create a new account; write to us instead and we’ll connect you. If you do not yet have a Humanities Commons account, you can join by visiting sah.hcommons.org and clicking the “Register” button at upper right. Access to SAH Commons is a benefit of membership.
Please contact us at sah@hcommons.org if you have questions or need help getting access to SAH Commons.
